Job Description – Mini Bus Service (Driver (Driver II)
Job Title: Mini Bus Service Driver
Job Purpose:
To safely and reliably transport employees between designated pick-up/drop-off points and the workplace, while maintaining the assigned vehicle in good operating condition and complying with traffic and company safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport employees safely and efficiently according to the assigned route and schedule.
- Pick up and drop off employees at designated locations and on time.
- Operate the mini bus in accordance with traffic laws and company procedures.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle.
- Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, and other incidents promptly.
- Ensure proper passenger capacity and safe boarding and disembarking of employees.
- Maintain accurate records such as trip schedules, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections.
- Follow company policies regarding safety, security, confidentiality, and employee conduct.
- Assist with basic vehicle checks and coordinate scheduled servicing and repairs.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
