he Loader Operator is responsible for safely operating loader equipment to load, transport, and move materials such as soil, gravel, sand, rocks, aggregates, and other materials at construction, mining, quarry, or industrial sites. The role includes inspecting equipment before and after use, performing routine maintenance checks, ensuring safe loading and unloading operations, maintaining work areas, following operational procedures and safety regulations, reporting equipment defects, and coordinating with supervisors and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow. The Loader Operator is also responsible for operating equipment efficiently to maximise productivity while minimising equipment wear, maintaining accurate operational records as required, and ensuring compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
