An Excavator Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating excavators to perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, backfilling, demolition, and other earthmoving activities in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and operational requirements. The role includes conducting pre-operational equipment inspections, maintaining the machine in good working condition, identifying and reporting mechanical issues, coordinating with site supervisors and ground personnel, and ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
